With more and more people choosing plant-based alternatives to meat, this is also a good idea for cheese and dairy products. We increasingly see it appearing on the menus of trend-setting restaurants and on suermarket shelves: vegan cheese. Completely plant-based and dairy-free.
We’ve been working to find a good raw material. The taste had to be good, as well as the melting properties and applicability. We reviewed and tested several variants in our test kitchen, and the results are impressive!
